2. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through Tathastu are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, unavailability, or fraud prevention.

Payment terms are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Custom orders require an advance payment before production begins.

3. Customisation & Intellectual Property

By submitting branding materials (logos, artwork, text) to Tathastu, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use such materials. Tathastu takes no responsibility for intellectual property violations arising from customer-supplied materials.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. In the event of a quality defect attributable to us, we will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tathastu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to delivery delays caused by logistics partners.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
